To meet the strong demand in existing and new projects, we are currently looking for a Senior Snowflake Engineer to join the existing team in our office in Bucharest (Computas Development Center) and to be engaged in challenging projects and deliver software solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform development, with significant hands-on experience in Snowflake;
• Expertise in Snowflake design and administration, including schema design, performance tuning, and role-based access control;
• Advanced SQL skills for complex transformations, query optimization, and troubleshooting;
• Experience integrating Snowflake with upstream data sources and downstream BI/analytics tools;
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and quality frameworks;
• Familiarity with compliance or regulated data environments is a strong plus;
• Proficiency with data integration and orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow,
• Fivetran, Informatica) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Strong problem-solving ability, with excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
